Since the time we had installed our first wet cleaning machines in 1996 we've been working hand-in-had with Concord Wire Inc. The resulting quality of our wet cleaning and productivity more than matched our expectations and we decided to switch to 100% wet cleaning in 2003.
The Concord Wire wet cleaning process is very similar to the process we were previously used to in dry cleaning. Concord Wire products enable us to wet clean and fully dry any garment without the need to hang it to dry. This has not only saved us considerable amount of square footage, but also enabled us to continue to provide same day service to our customers.
Our investment in wet cleaning - considerably lower than for any comparable dry cleaning plant - combined with lower operating costs, excellent cleaning results and preservation of colors and body, enable us to compete with any professional dry cleaning plant. What's more, our customers appreciate their freshly wet cleaned garments free of toxic solvents.
